What we collect
We collect your name, email, country, phone number, tour selection, group size, date, preferred time, tour language and message. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to respond to your request, check availability and arrange your tour. We do not add you to marketing lists.
Processing and retention
Our hosting, email delivery and spam-prevention providers help us operate this website, process enquiries and send confirmation emails. They may process enquiry details and technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, for these purposes. We aim to delete unsuccessful enquiries within 12 months. Records for completed tours may be retained where required for accounting.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion using the contact details shown on this site. Language preference and the last submission time are stored in your browser. No enquiry text is stored there.
Media and security services
Embedded videos, where available, load only when you press play. The booking form uses an external security check to help prevent spam. When these services load, their providers may receive technical connection information. Website fonts are hosted on this website.
Photographs and image permissions
The original photographs on this website are protected by copyright and remain the property of their respective photographers or rights holders. Displaying them here does not grant permission to copy, edit, republish, sell or use them for commercial purposes. Please obtain the rights holder’s written permission before reusing a photograph, unless its licence or applicable law allows your use. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
